RETURN POLICY

1.HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCTS?

We at Blackstop strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged product, you can mail us at support@blackstop.in (Please don’t forget to mention your contact details and Order number.)

Please Note:

Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 24hours of delivery.

Products purchased during special offers are not eligible for return / exchange

Flash Sale are non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.

2.WHAT IS BLACKSTOP’S RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?

RETURN: For Return it has to be claimed within 24 Hours of delivery. Amount will be refunded back within 5 to 7 Working Days

For Instant Refund: We will provide you a  blackstop Voucher for the same order value.

EXCHANGE: You can get back to us within 24hours of delivery. Only Size can be exchanged.

Unfortunately we don’t exchange with any other product

Please Note: Once we receive the returned/exchanged product it will be sent for a quality check and then we will proceed further with your return/exchange request.

If quality fails your return/exchange request will be cancelled and product will be reshipped back to you. Reshipping charges will be from your end.

3.HOW DO I SEND THE PRODUCT BACK?

Inform our customer support and then You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company OR Pickup can be done from our end   Reshipping Charges Applicable

Please Note: The Return/ Exchange order should be neatly folded and packed. And please make sure the BARCODE Sticker and Brand Tag is not removed from the product. If removed, you are not eligible for return/exchange order.

4.CAN BLACKSTOP ARRANGE FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE PICKED UP FROM MY ADDRESS?

Yes Dear, We will schedule a Reverse pickup.

Please Note: Reshipping Charges are applicable

5.WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNING/EXCHANGE PRODUCTS?

RETURNS: Yes Dear, For returned orders the postal cost will be deducted from the total bill and the remaining amount will be refunded back within 5 to 7 Working Days

For Instant Refund: We will provide you a  blackstop Voucher for the same order value.

EXCHANGE: Yes Dear, For exchange orders the postal cost will have to be paid online for Pickup and Reshipping charges. You can drop an email to support@blackstop.in

6. I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, HOW DO I PROCEED?

Please send us images of the product within 24hrs from the time of delivery at support@blackstop.in and our Customer Care Executive will get back to you. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and once we have received the product, we will reimburse you in the form of a Blackstop voucher or replacement.

Please Note:  Request cannot be raised after 24hrs

7.CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancelations – Customers can cancel the order within 24 hour after placing the order, Cancelation will not be accepted after 24hrs.

8.CAN I GET A REFUND ON COD ORDER?

Yes Dear, We can refund your amount in the form of a Blackstop voucher.

Please Note: We won’t be able to refund you back in any online transactions.

9. WILL THERE BE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR IMPORTED PRODUCTS?

For imported products there will be no return or exchange. Because the products are imported and cannot be restocked once it has been sold out, as we have limited stock
